Namah shivay!

This Sadhak Sunday we share two contributions from two sadhaks. The first one is what the mother calls the youngest UK ShivYog Sadhvi who is a tiny tot of 2-1/2 months. She shares all the special moments she has had in conceiving this little one and how ShivYog has impacted the child since she was in the womb. The results of following the Guru's teachings on how parents should prepare themselves before bringing a life on earth, brought them the results that had to invariably follow when one follow's the Guru's words as Param Vakyam. The second one is a poem written by a sadhak who shares his feeling of how he sees the Guru as his life. He expresses in very simple and plain words what Babaji teaches that you name the divine with any name, it is the same one. Many other teachings he has put it in simple words, and the reason it appears here is because of the noted emotions behind the simple words. Everything is in the bhav! So read on and enjoy your Sunday with the snippets from the lives of your Guru Bandhus, who are blessed by Baba ji and the Guru Parivar.

Deepest Gratitude from Youngest UK Sadhak (Eva ~ 2-1/2 months old)

I would like to share my experience and my heartfelt gratitude to Baba for blessing us with our divine daughter (Eva, our Bala Tripurasundari).

I heard Baba say that husband and wife should take conceiving a child as a one year project – and follow ShivYog wholeheartedly for one year in order to purify themselves and then conceive a child. That way you will attract a very divine soul in your womb. We wished to have a child as divine as my Baba. Therefore, after listening to this advice I delayed having a baby by one year in spite of a lot of family pressure. And in that one year both me and my husband attended many shivirs, meditated regularly – often together, hosted and attended satsangs every week and did as much sewa as possible. We began to see beautiful changes in our lives and lot of bliss.

In the healing shivir in London in October 2013, I got an opportunity to volunteer for a healing experiment and went up to the stage. After the experiment both Guruma and Baba blessed me. And then right after that shivir we conceived Eva (after one year of both of us doing the sadhna together). With Baba’s grace came a brand new home in a beautiful area where we had always dreamt of living. Another wish got fulfilled as Baba says all ShivYogis must have their own house with a separate meditation room.

Throughout the 9 months of pregnancy I continued my ShivYog practice daily. Eva probably learnt to meditate in the womb itself with Baba’s grace! During my pregnancy I had attended the Prati Prasav Sadhna shivir with Ishan bhaiya in Dec'13 and made Eva listen to a lot of Babaji's videos. I read somewhere that no one can clear your karma but you yourself. But only a mother can do that for her child when the child is in her womb. This was my intention for my baby which made me carry on my practice thoroughly. The 9 months flew by easily and Eva never troubled me. She was a very quiet baby in the womb which made me feel as if she is meditating inside!

The actual delivery experience was so divine – a natural delivery without any pain killers, divine ShivYog environment in the birthing room with Om Hrom Jhum Sa playing throughout and very helpful and caring midwives. All ShivYog friends were sending me healing and my husband Gaurav was invoking Babaji. Once Eva arrived Gaurav felt/saw Babaji, Guruma and Ishan bhaiya (who were winking at him) blessing us.

Eva is now 2.5 months old. She is so well behaved, keeps smiling, never troubles us and never cries. We are trying to provide her a ShivYog environment at home. We take her to satsangs, Mata Ki Chowki and do Durga Saptshati and meditation with her sleeping / sitting besides us.

We are so grateful to Baba for all the miracles that have happened in our life. Thank you Baba for changing our lives completely in such a short span of time. It is getting more and more beautiful everyday. I only wish to be able to repay this debt of gratitude back to you and hope to become as divine as you one day.

Namah shivay,

Sadhak Sunday is a gift from the master to all his followers. Once baba said it in a shivir that "I am ShivYog". I was surprised because I used to think that it is the name of a spiritual foundation. I didn't know I myself am going to be "ShivYog". Whether you call me a ShivYogi or call me ShivYog both are same. Because ShivYog is the way of life. The one who has accepted to live life in ShivYog way, is ShivYog itself.

Thank you Babaji, every word from you is beyond millions of positive words. Bless us that we can decode the science of the self and can live our live the ShivYog way.

Sadhak Sunday is now also open to students who have taken Saraswati Deeksha from Babaji and have witnessed transformation in their studies, extracurricular activities, personality, behavior, etc. Thousands of children have been blessed by Babaji in these years with this precious deeksha. For those of you, who have benefitted, we welcome you to record the child's statement on your cell phone and send the video to us. Selected videos will be shown to Babaji and Ishan ji for their blessings and also used on our video channel. The video must be clear in visual and audio, preferably taken at a silent location. The video must not exceed 1 minute. It is advised that the child speak while the parent or guardian can record it and send it to us.

We just are finding more ways for you to express yourself and for your love to reach and bounce back from your Guru. Send us your ideas too!

This Sadhak Sunday brings you three lovely contributions. The first is all about being an example and an inspiration to all by following the Master's teaching of selfless service. The couple also share their story of how a very small intention of doing seva 5 years ago, that they attribute to Babaji's grace, began in a small way and grew to feeding 400 poor children every Sunday for the last five years.

The second one is the contribution from a creative sadhak who sprung up his creativity on Mother Earth by sowing halim seeds or Garden Cress seeds and added a touch of divinity to it by creating the symbol of OM and "Namah Shivay Babaji" which he found as a creative way to greet his Guru everytime he looks at it.

The third is a simple expression of a sadhak's love for Babaji that he penned down in his own simple words. So, have your Sunday break, with these three inspirational notes from your Guru Bandhus, who are blessed by Baba ji and the Guru Parivar.

NAMAH SHIVAYA BABAJI,

We are a couple from kolkata and we are blessed with ShivYog since 2008. Since then Babaji, we have to thank you for so many wonderful changes that have happened in our lives. Often i have wished to write to you and today Sadhak Sunday has given this opportunity. Thank you Babaji.

Babaji, it was my husband's birthday and I had heard from you to do seva, to feed the poor. Usually on occasions like this I use to plan surprise parties etc, but to my surprise I decided to make 50 packets of food. I cooked aloo poori and went down the street to distribute the food. There were a lot of children, those who got food packets were very happy but so many of them who didn't get and were sad. They were running behind me and saying "humko nahi mila."

While walking back home I just said "Baba, I wish I can feed 500 poor some day." It was just a wish which i didn't think about. I came and narrated this episode to my husband, he just said so what if kids were left, we can feed them once again. I was very happy, i arranged for a cook and prepared khichadi on a Sunday morning. On the night before we went around my area and asked all the children to come at 9 am on sunday at a lane near our house.I told a few ShivYogi friends about this,so that they could help distribute the food.

We were surprised when we reached with the food, Babaji there were about 100 children and some adults.We distributed the khichadi and we were all very happy. Babaji, that day I was feeling blessed, but least bit i knew this seva would continue. Because as Sunday approached, the feeling that they we should do this seva again. So next week we made same arrangements for all of them and Babaji, this continues since. Babaji,we know that its only and only your grace. We are very, very grateful to you that you to give us the bhaav to do Seva. Today, Babaji our SHIVANAND BHANDARA is 5 year old and BABAJI, YOU are feeding 400 children every sunday at 9 am.

Babaji we wait for sunday to come, now the food is ordered at a shop, a group of friends together help to distribute the food. When we read Guru Khand, they all fold hands in prayer to you. BABAJI, they haven't seen you, but just like we feel your presence, they too feel, because Babaji, they all have a smile on their face, a peace and satisfaction that they all will receive food.

Babaji, we thank you for all the seva you have given us till today and thank you for all the seva opportunities you will give us.

This Sadhak Sunday we would like to share with you just one contribution that has come from two sadhvis of one family. The letters from them and the beautiful creations that they offered this time to Babaji was worthy enough to occupy the whole Sadhak Sunday page this Sunday, especially due to the simplicity and deep emotions that came with it. One sister expresses some magical moments while she was preparing a large cloth napkin with her love embedded in embroidery on it for Babaji.

She also shares how a particular colour thread was over before she could complete it and how on a simple request to Babaji, she magically she found the exact colour thread and the exactly quantity that she would need to finish her love expression for her Guru. The other sister shares how she never knew about her talent in painting and after ShivYog, this talent just sprouted out of her, which she has made the perfect use to express her love for her Guru. They also share more wonders of how Babaji came to them in various ways and how their lives changed after ShivYog. This courier was a bundle of love with letters, poems, craft, paintings, embroidery, and love flying out as soon as we opened the package. Luckily or blessed they were as Ishan ji happened to see it and was so happy with the paintings and embroidery that he instructed this Sunday be dedicated to both sisters. Please ignore the grammar in the letters as we have shared it as it is, intentionally not wanting to change anything in it.

Blessed are those who have the Bhaav in them, for this is their most powerful quality and even more blessed are those who get the opportunity to reach it directly to the Master whom they are blessed to be connected with.

Gratitude to my Babaji, Guru Maa and Ishan ji.

Dear my lovely and sweet Babaji. Thank you Babaji for coming into my life and changing my life totally. The book which was closed for many lives, you have opened it, wiped the dust and made a new book. Thank you Babaji, thank you very, very, very much.

Without knowing the meaning of Guru I have got such a nice and wonderful Guru, like in the form of best friend and ya, you are my best friend only. You have held my hands and shown me the right path. I never thought I will get a Guru in so young age and move on the spiritual path. I never took interest to watch satsangs but my mom always used to watch any satsangs on Aastha channel and one day while watching she saw your satsang and she liked that satsang so much that she was waiting to see your satsang again and one day on Goa Plus channel my brother saw your satsang and told mom and after that we only don't know how you brought us in ShivYog.

We four attended the first shivir in Bangalore and we went alone for so long distance but with the grace of you Babaji, my mom took her three children out of Goa without any fear and without knowing anything. In the bus, Babaji had already sent sadhaks to help us and they took care of us like a family. After that we attended Goa shivir and you have become so close to us that whenever we are going to attend any shivir you only come in our dreams and call us. We never think of how we will reach but we just pray to Babaji that we want to come and Babaji however takes us. Before attending these two shivirs Babaji had come in our dreams and called us.

With lots of love, I have created a gift for Babaji (image below). When I was doing this blue thread got over, so I told Babaji that I want little thread and went to search if somewhere I found and it was surprising! I found that much thread only in old box and in that box no other thread was there, only blue thread was there. I felt like Babaji came and kept that thread. I was so surprised and happy by watching this miracle and I don't know how many miracles are waiting to take place in my life.

Really, I have got Guru in form of friend, God and parents and I am very happy for that. With the grace of Babaji we have got everything. I thank you Babaji for giving us such nice and wonderful methods to become one with Shiv Shiva. You have made our life very peaceful, wonderful and great.. I love you Babaji. I love you unconditionally. Bless us and shower your blessings and unconditional love on us always.

Thank you a lot Babaji for coming in my life. The hidden treasure of divine knowledge you have poured in our life. I am very, very happy to have you and receive your drop-drop of divine purest of the pure knowledge in my life. In return of that I have nothing to give you. For you, the word thank you is also less. These words are also not mine, they are yours.

The best gift one can have in life is to know the Self and you have given me the chance to discover my true self. I was really in search of someone who would change my personality and my life. To bring change in myself, I read personality development books but I was wondering how to think positive and how to apply it in my life. You have listened to my inner voice and you entered in my life.

I was surprised that the knowledge and the change which I was searching, I found it in you. I just love it. At once for four of us you brought in ShivYog. First I didn't believe in any living Guru, only Sai Baba I was believing from my heart. You only brought me in your connection. Before coming to ShivYog, I was blaming my destiny and family for not having our own house but now I realized why. Because soon with your blessing our new house will be built. As you came in our life, our life is filled with miracles. You made all things possible for us. For 11 years we lived in one-room or two-room rented place and the place was very small. But we just prayed from heart to get a nice 2-bedroom flat for rent at cheap rate. With your blessings we got a 2-bedroom flat. We have now nice place to do sadhna. We are all thankful to you.

Going to Bangalore for Shree Vidhya level 1 shivir was also a miracle. My father gave permission. First time in life we four travelled alone for such a long distance. We even had not booked hotel to stay there but Babaji you were with us. While travelling, in the same bus some sadhaks were there. When early morning we reached to Bangalore, while getting down from bus we met them. We joined them and we stayed in the same hotel. They are all sweet and like family members. They cared for us and helped us. Babaji you came in their form. Thank you for that.

The biggest miracle was the Goa shivir. We did not have enough money and we just prayed to you and you really listened. Just 5-6 days before the shivir my mother got some money and one of the ShivYog sadhak, whom we don't even know helped with the registration and just two days before the shivir we got the confirmation message. We are really thankful to you and that sadhak. You again came in his form and helped us. You made all impossible into possible.

You have discovered the hidden talent of painting in me. Before I was not knowing I can paint beautiful paintings. One day while seeing someone painting, I just tried at home and really that painting was beautiful. Due to your blessing I can now paint beautiful nature's paintings. This talent of painting is your gift for me (images below). I am thankful to you.

We are all lucky to have a sweet father like you and sweet mother like Guru Maa. Babaji, always bless us, help us to become pure day by day and become spiritual. Help us to bring change in our life. We want your guidance for lifetime. Hold our hand, help us to walk on the path of ShivYog.

The very first shivir I attended was Prati Prasav sadhana in Kolkatta in 2012. There, you have blessed me and made gave me lot of experiences. Since then, my life has totally changed with your blessings.

Here are some photos that I have taken after sadhna, which I would like to share with you. Very first experience I got was the photo, the light from jyot reached the roof. I don't know what else to say. You have given me so so much which I would thank you from the bottom of my heart...Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much and I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee you toooooooooooooooooooo........... I have no more words to thank you for what you have given.

Also, in another mail the same sadhak had also sent a photograph of a Roti that he had prepared. He shared how it showed the "OM" symbol and also that he had similar incidences many times. A look at one of the photograph below will show multiple OM symbols.

My heartfelt love and salutation and Gratitude to Babaji.... I share an in invisible connection with Babaji. Many years back, after a small mishap, I was advised bedrest and Babaji was there on the 12 am show (TV telecast on Aastha channel) and I was hooked and believe me, as if, every word he was saying was for me, he was actually speaking my mind, with few inputs of his own. Gradually, his inputs increased and 'I' was nowhere. But then, my husband intervened, not liking my addiction and present day views about Gurus. But I tried to tell him it was different.. Then I asked for Babaji's help. He was always there to answer the questions asked by my husband through his TV Programme (when he said "ask your Baba"). I prayed to Babaji to make my husband come to the Faridabad Shivir. And to my utter surprise as well as everyone else's, he attended the full 4-day shivir. He liked the Shivir, which was much obvious, but not many comments were forthcoming. Gradually, as time passed by, he used to tell me, this I learnt from Babaji..... But, believe me, he is a more peaceful, resolved, satisfied and unconditionally loving person now.

Gradually, I could feel the presence and guidance of the Guru Tatva in my life. My exhibition of oil paintings on Shiva was exhibited at an exhibition in 2010. I was guided towards 'Saundarya Lahari' through my painting of Ardhanarishwar. Before that I had never heard about that book. I created paintings on Shakti and how it was inseparable to Shiva. It was also a message that the Shakti sadhna was a must with Shiv-Aradhna.. At that time, Babaji was also teaching about Shree Vidhya Sadhna. My painting on Ma Lalita Tripurasundari is dedicated to Babaji. To me Babaji has emerged as the face of the Almighty, in my quest for the truth. My salutations to the Divine light. I have so much to share with Babajis blessings, Namah Shivay.

Thank you very much Babaji for everything you gave us - me and my family follow ShivYog and I have attended so many shivirs.

All shivirs of Goa also I have attended. I have very much benefited after joining ShivYog BABAji. I live my life 125% and it's increasing day by day as you have guided us Babaji. Whenever i have felt weak by energy i have attended your shivir and felt great. Baba, You are our Guru and our God and I have so many experiences in my life after joining ShivYog. Now things materialize as per our need Babaji. I'm very much blessed by your grace my Gurudev, please keep blessing us all forever. Both my sons Babaji, they both do daily Maa lalitha Sahstranaam strotram and by her grace my wife decided to draw Shree Yantra in our compound.

While drawing the Shree Yantra, my wife and my children were stuck in last triangle. My wife tried her level best to complete it and finally gave up. She asked me what to do. I told her to ask Babaji and he will guide and tell you. She then sat and prayed to you Babaji to help her and all of a sudden she got up and completed the last triangle. After that, my younger son mixed the color and perfected the combination by filling the accurate colors along with same color of Diyas. The Shree Yantra looked awesome, Babaji.

Next early morning we saw three colorful butterflies flying around the Yantra. We have felt a lot of energy in our house when the Shree Yantra was complete. After that a different kind of light we felt in our house. We decided to keep this Shree Yantra for 5 days. We were now worried on how to do the visarjan (water immersion) of this Shree Yantra, but on third day there was a sudden change in weather and Shiva did Amrit Varsha (rain) and there was a natural Visarjan of the Shree Yantra. We all are so grateful to Baba for all the miracles that happens in our life. Thank you Baba for changing our lives completely. We have surrendered ourselves to You. It is getting more and more beautiful everyday.

Namah shivay!

Baba ji is beyond the celebration of birthdays for Siddhas are beyond the birth and death phenomenon; however, few of us relate to celebrate His birthday as a celebration of His coming into the physical realms for us. One such sadhak found his innermost desire to celebrate Babaji's birthday with children in a temple. He shares how in the first contribution that we present here. He also shares the photograph of a rare sighting of the sugarcane inflorescence in his house turning silvery. The second contribution comes from the inner core of a sadhak in the form of a poem that expresses the joys and power of being in the aura of the Guru. Such many contributions are reaching us, which we choose for a Sunday to present to the world.

My heart full of unconditional love and gratitude to my Babaji . I have no words how to express my feeling of gratitude to Babaji and Guru parivar. Thank you for giving us this open opportunity to share our deepest loving emotions for you.

Babaji, I really want to thank you for how you have given me the opportunity to celebrate your birthday exactly how I wanted. I just want to share this moment with all my Shivyogi brothers and sisters that I had a wish to celebrate the birthday of Babaji with many childrens in a temple. I was having no idea how to celebrate and make all the arrangements. As Babaji said “Jaha astha waha rasta- Where there is a will there is a way”, I just prayed to my Guru. As I am Student I was also short of money to buy the toys, chocolates, snacks for all the kids but He even arranged that also. I was confused choosing the toys as I needed a similar kind of toys for many children, he even guided me a to shop where lot of similar kind of toys were there and exactly how I wanted. A kind sadhak referred me to the Shiva temple and also talked with the warden of the children. The warden had allowed only 15-20 min to the children for the programme but the whole programme along with the Guru Stuti, Sankirtan and Bhandara lasted for a long time and all were so happy. While we were doing the chanting of “Om Shiva Omkara” which Babaji in the Rhythm of Universe has gifted to all the children the temple premises were full of vibrations which is only possible in the presence of the Guru and ShivShiva. I have no words to express… I felt Babaji everywhere inside the temple. This means a lot to me Babaji. Thank you Thank you Thank you very much Babajiiii ….Thank you Guru maa… I never feel lonely Babaji, each day passes talking with you, singing for you, thinking about you and dancing with You and Ishan Bhaiya. Thank you for changing my life.

There is also another miracle story that I want to share…. after deeksha of Infinite Dimensional Shree Vidya Sadhana from Lucknow Shivir, I came home and saw a Sugarcane plant at my roof top garden. After some days of my regular sadhana I saw changes in the the top of the plant inflorescence or the tassel of the sugarcane, where each of the tiny stalk-like feathers were shiny silver-gray-green colour, which is rarely seen in a sugarcane plant. Realizing that the Goddess of nature - Maa Lalita Amba holds a sugarcane plant in one of her hand I took a picture of it knowing of Her presence at my home. I felt so blessed and I offered one of the sugarcane plant to Maa Amba during Navratri Shakti Sadhana. Such miracle is only possible through ShivYog sadhana under the guidance of our Guru. I have no words how to express my emotions to you Babaji, can only pour your feet with my tears. Thank you for everything Babaji.
